Upon collection of your Large Van, please bring the following:

• Valid Driving Licence (Photo Card)
• 2 Forms Of I.D With The Same Address As The Driving License (Passport, Utility bill, Council tax bill, Bank statement-less than 3 months old)
• Payment For Vehicle Hire And Refundable Deposit of £150.00 (This can be debit or credit card)

If you plan on hiring a Large Van from us you will also need a “check code” from the gov.uk website. Getting one is simple and takes only 2 minutes.

Drivers must be between 21 and 70 years of age and held a full U.K license for at least 12 months to hire a Large Van.

You may be asked to have your photo taken (for insurance purpose only).

Insurance excess on a Large Van is £1250, but this can be reduced to £650 for an additional charge of £15 per day.

1 Day: £80 (250 mile limit)
2 Day: £150 (240 mile limit per day)
3 Day: £189 (230 mile limit per day)
4 Day: £224 (220 mile limit per day)
5 Day: £250 (210 mile limit per day)
6 Day: £282 (200 mile limit per day)
7 Day: £310 (190 mile limit per day)

Exceeded miles charged @ 15p per mile.
